We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Inspector and Inventory Clerk to support our growing lettings and property management business.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, compiling inventories, and providing detailed reports using our software systems.
You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure inspections are completed on time, and liaise with landlords as necessary.
Conduct property inspections across Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, and Rushden.
Arrange your own inspections in line with due dates and schedule, ensuring timely completion.
Complete detailed property reports and inventories using our designated software.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Identify and report any maintenance or issues during inspections to the management team.
Manage time efficiently, ensuring all inspections are completed within required timeframes.
Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted promptly.
A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with landlords,
tenants, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated and self-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.
Previous experience in lettings or property management is an advantage but
not required.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A full UK driving license and reliable vehicle to travel between properties.
Must be physically fit and capable of carrying out property inspections, including walking between properties.
A desire to pursue a career in lettings and property management.
A 3-4 day working week, offering a great work-life balance.
